Meet the team
(founder of Muddy Paws)
Pet sitter and Animal Behaviourist – Falmouth/Truro areas
I have had animals all my life and grew up in a family where we all shared the responsibilities of animal ownership. I have also worked in animal shelters here and abroad, caring for abandoned animals, which was very rewarding and very educational.
I started Muddy Paws in 2012 offering Dog Walking and Pet sitting and then decided to train as an animal behaviourist to ensure that I could provide the animals in my care with the best possible care.
Over the last 5 years the business has grown and I have been joined by some wonderful people, who love animals, and wanted to work with them as much as I did.
Dog walker, Puppy and Gundog trainer – Redruth, Camborne and all surrounding areas
Vicky is a very friendly, caring and active person. She loves being outdoors and exploring new places. She currently has 5 Siberian huskies and 3 working Springer spaniels. She has been around and worked with dogs all her life. Her family had dogs when she was growing up and she loved horse riding too.
Vicky studied at Duchy college after she left school and thoroughly enjoyed learning to work with all kinds of animals. In doing so she was able to gain a job at St Francis Home for Animals in Newquay. She worked at the center for 14 years and worked with hundreds of dogs in that time. She then worked at Briggan Farm kennels and cattery for a year before becoming part of the Muddy Paws Cornwall team. She looks forward to meeting lots of new furry friends and their owners.
Vicky also offers: Mobile microchipping. Home visits for your pets and transport for vet or grooming appointments.

As a young child in her spare time she loved helping her Mum at the local kennels and walking the neighbour’s dogs.
